  1. Regional research supervisor  in the Implementation Research on the Satellite and INSET Models for Improved Equitable Access and Quality Early Learning in Tanzania case study of Mbeya Region Nov- 2019
  2. Lead Sub Consultant - Enhancing professional capacity and performance of teachers in Simiyu and Mara Regions in 3Rs. I saved as facilitator, mentor and evaluator, the project financed by the EQUIP -T (2014-2019)
  3.  Assistant consultant. Participated in the pre-testing and validation of  in-service training modules in selected Districts in Mbeya, Iringa, Songwe, Njombe, Dodoma and Geita Regions (2018)
  4. Team member- and main facilitator of the INSET training at district levels and carrying out monitoring of implementation of decodables in primary 1-4 schools in Mtwara region in the project facilitated by the RTI TUSOME PAMOJA(2017-2018)
